How to Strain Yogurt?

You can make homemade strained yogurt at home. You can prepare your favorite delicacies with it. For this you will need a few buckets of yogurt with a high percentage of fat, a large piece of cheesecloth or gauze, a bowl, a large and tall pot and a long wooden spoon.

Take a spoonful of the yogurt and carefully roll it in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry it in the heated fat until it aquires a golden color and then place it onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat. Serve it warm.
