Depending on the oven in which the pie is prepared, you must take into account the time and temperature for baking.
If you use an oven that has a fan, the temperature should be set at 160-170 degrees for about 40 or 50 minutes and it is good to monitor the process of baking the pie, so that it does not bake on top and the inside of the dough left soft and raw.
If your oven doesn't have a fan, that doesn't mean you have to refrain from this amazing dessert - it's just that the baking time stays the same - for a period of 40 to 50 minutes, but the degrees change and you need to bake it at 180 to 190 degrees.
