How to make
Boil the potatoes. Cut them into slices and arrange in a tray.
Season the mince with salt and black pepper, then braise it.
Arrange the mince on top of the potatoes, pour on the cream. Next place slices of tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven about 15 min. with the fan on.
