How to make
Put the cleaned, washed and cut into pieces meat in a pot and stew on a low stove with finely crushed onion, garlic, parsley, mint, paprika, black pepper, butter and salt.
A few minutes before you remove it from the heat, add the flour to the dish, which you've diluted with a little water.
Traditionally, this dish is boiled over low heat with small amounts of water in a tightly closed container and allowed to simmer.
If the meat is fatty, do not add butter.
