"The infamous Greek Tirosalata that`s so easy to prepare - enjoy."

Ingredients

  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp, extra virgin
  • wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • chili peppers - 2 - 3 green
  • yoghurt - 1 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp, for sprinkling
  • oregano - 1 pinch
  • olives - black, for decoration

How to make

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and put them in a bowl with cold water, leave to sit as is for about an hour.

Then remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them finely.

Take out an drain the feta cheese, mash it with the peppers, oregano, olive oil, vinegar and yoghurt.

Serve the ready salad sprinkled with olives and paprika.
