How to make
Knead a soft dough from the products listed. Leave to rise until doubled in volume. Divide it up into 14 small and 1 large ball of dough.
Shape 7 of the balls into ellipses and arrange them with a little space in between them. Roll out the other 7 lightly into ellipses.
Fold one end of each toward the other and wrap them up into rolls. Arrange them in between the other 7 balls of dough. Place the large dough ball in the middle.
Leave to rise and smear well with an egg beaten with a little oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 390°F (200 °C) about 40 min.
