"A fantastic dessert with Ricotta that`s ready to eat in 10 min."

Ingredients

  • ricotta - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • sour cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • yoghurt - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • jam - if desired, I used fig jam

How to make

Pour the cream, ricotta and yoghurt in a deep container. Stir with a whisk to mix them until homogeneous.

Pour part of the mixture into your blender's container, as well as 1/2 the the figs themselves. Blend a few sec.

After blending, distribute mixture into cups. You can decorate with fruits.

Extremely light and tasty!
