How to make
Cook the beans and meat separately. Make a roux from the onion, peppers, tomatoes, eggplants (chopped), add red pepper, peeled and diced potatoes, green beans and meat.
Pour water in, so as to cover all the products. When the potatoes soften, add the rice and top up with water if necessary. Add 1 teaspoon parsley, mint and savory, wait for the rice to soften and remove from the heat.
