How to make
Beat the cottage cheese with the mascarpone and 1/2 the sugar to a smooth, fluffy cream. Blend the strawberries with the rest of the sugar but set aside a bit for decoration.
Arrange 1/2 the biscotti in a cake form, pour 1/2 the strawberry mixture over them and cover with 1/2 the cream. Arrange the remaining biscotti, pour on the strawberry mixture and cover with the remaining cream.
Even off the surface of the cake, decorate with the cut into slices strawberries and put it in the fridge to harden until it's time to serve.
