  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g) fresh
  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • onions - 1
  • rice - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • tomatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper - 2 pinches

How to make

Wash the spinach and chop it.

Braise the finely chopped onions and the rice in the heated oil, then add the spinach, fry another 3-4 min.

Add the paprika, stir well and after about 1 min. pour in 3 cups water. If needed, pour in more. Leave on low heat to boil.

Once the rice is nearly boiled, add the tomatoes as well and your dish will be ready in 5 min.

Season with salt and pepper. Quick and tasty!
