  • baking powder - 1 powder packet
  • vanilla - 3 powder packets
  • flour - 2 cups
  • sugar - 3/4 cup
  • walnuts - 1/2 cup, ground or crumbled
  • raisins - 1/2 cup or other dried fruits
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar and gradually add the mixed together oil and cream, then the flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla. Beat well to a smooth cake mixture.

Smear a form with the butter and pour in 1/2 the cake mixture, distribute the mixed walnuts and dried fruits, pour the remaining mixture on top.
