  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp, powdered
  • milk - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • vanilla - 1
  • juice - 1 cup from sour cherry compote

How to make

Beat the eggs and mix them with the sugar. Add the cocoa, milk and oil. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.

To the remaining mixture add the flour, vanilla and baking powder. Stir very well.

Pour the mixture into a cake form and bake 50 min. at 360°F (180 °C). Turn the oven off and pour the sour cherry juice on top.

After 3 min., pour on the set aside mixture.

Leave the cake in the turned off oven until it's ready.

Decorate as desired.
