How to make
Soak the rice overnight.
Saute the very finely chopped onions in a pan with the olive oil. After they change color, add the coarsely chopped carrots. Pour in a little water.
Drain the rice and add it to the sauteed onions and carrots.
Salt. Pour in the broth. Once it's soaked in the broth, remove from the stove.
Pour the rice in a tray, arrange the chopped into rosettes broccoli on top. Add a little water and bake in the oven until the rice is cooked.
We sauteed the rice to prevent the broccoli from burning but you can put everything in the tray to bake and then arrange the broccoli shortly before the end. It turns out amazing either way.
