How to make
Sift the flour and make a well in the middle. Put the sugar, salt and oil in it. Dissolve the yeast with a little cool water and add it as well.
Knead a dough, while pouring in a little cool water to it periodically. Knead until you obtain a nice, soft dough.
Once it's ready, leave it for about 1 hour to rise.
Then sprinkle a counter with flour and knead again. Shape it into a pita and put it in an oiled and floured tray.
Leave to rise again, about 40 min., then poke it with a fork all over so it doesn't crack during baking.
Put the pita in a preheated oven and bake at 360°F (180 °C). Once it reddens, cover it with aluminum foil.
Baking takes about 45 min. Take the pita out, cover with a towel and leave to rest before serving.
