How to make
Cut the meat into medium coarse pieces, cut the leeks into round slices or finely, and saute in a deep pan. Dice the potatoes, halve the mushrooms if they're large.
Pour the sauteed meat with leeks at the bottom of a clay pot (side note: make sure you add extra oil/olive oil because the potatoes don't turn out tasty otherwise).
Feel free to add more oil if it doesn't seem like it's enough. Pour the potatoes and mushrooms over the meat, pour on 1 cup water and the tomato juice.
Sprinkle with savory and black pepper, put the clay pot in a moderate oven to crisp. Once the sauce boils well and the dish crisps on top, it's ready.
You can also add many other spices of your choice.
