How to make
Activate the yeast with the sugar and a little flour in the milk.
Sift the flour, make a well and add the eggs, yoghurt, oil, vinegar, salt and milk with yeast.
Let it rise 30 min., divide the dough into 2, roll out into rectangles with your hands, optionally add butter and feta cheese, wrap into a roll and cut into smaller rolls.
Then arrange them next to each other in the tray.
Bake at 290°F (145 °C) for about 1 hour 20 min.
