How to make
Clean and wash the turkey, cut it into pieces. Braise each of them lightly in oil.
Chop the sauerkraut finely. Put 1/2 of it at the bottom of a buttered clay pot, arrange the turkey meat on top.
Lay on the rest of the sauerkraut. Pour on the wine and season with the spices.
Put the clay pot in the oven and bake at 390°F (200 °C) until ready.
