How to make
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Pour in the carbonated water and add the salt.
Stir and add flour in a trickle while stirring nonstop until you obtain a thick pancake batter.
Heat a pan and smear it with oil. Pour a ladle of the mixture in it and spread it out to cover the bottom evenly.
Bake until golden on both sides. Optionally, smear with butter. Serve with strawberry jam or other jam of your choice.
