How to make
Sift the flour (don't sift it if self-raising). Put the salt in it and mix well.
Dissolve the yeast in a little cool water, wait 5-10 min. for it to activate and add it to the flour. Stir with a spoon until everything is mixed very well. Then cover with foil and leave it for 12 hours in a warm place.
Then mix the dough once again, shape it into a loaf and cover and leave it for 1 hour. Bake in a pot, glass cook tray or clay pot. Personally I prefer the clay pot - it comes out tastier.
Place the empty container in a 430°F (220 °C) oven for 30 min., then take it out, sprinkle it with a little flour and carefully place the dough inside.
Close it with its lid and bake about 30 min. Remove the lid and bake a final 15 min. The taste is worth it.
