How to make
Sift the flour into a tray, make a well and put the salt and oil in it. Extinguish the baking soda in the vinegar and add them to the flour, pour in the warm water and knead a soft dough.
Knead about 15 min, until you get a smooth, stretchy ball; add a little more water or flour if needed. Cover the dough and leave it for 30 min. to rest.
Smear a tray with a little oil and shape the dough as desired. You can leave it shaped into a ball or make it into small dough balls of roughly the same size as I did.
Arrange in the tray and put in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven for 40-50 min.
