How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar to fluffy cream in a bowl. Add the melted pork lard, the yoghurt in which you've beaten the baking soda ahead of time to effervesce, the vanilla, lemon or orange zest.
Stir well and pour this in the middle of the flour. Knead a soft, nonstick dough from the products.
Cover the bowl with dough with a towel and leave to rest 15-20 min. With oiled hands, tear balls from it and arrange them in a tray on top of baking paper.
Smear each one with beaten egg yolk on top and sprinkle generously with sugar. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
Crunchy and extremely tasty!
