Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 2.5 lb (1.2 kg)
  • onions - 3 heads
  • processed cheese - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • pickles - 6
  • bacon - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cooking cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • white wine - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Chop the chicken fillets, bacon and pickles into strips, separately. Cut the onions into crescents, the processed cheese into small cubes.

Melt the butter and braise the chopped chicken fillets in it, until their sauce evaporates.

Add the chopped onions and fry until softened, add the chopped bacon and after braising briefly add the chopped pickles.

Pour in the cream and add the chopped processed cheese, leave the dish to simmer a bit on low heat. Once it thickens, pour in the wine, add black pepper to taste, salt to taste.

Let it boil briefly, distribute into servings and grate cheese over each, to melt.
