  • zucchini - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
  • oil
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • salt

How to make

Peel and cut the zucchini into round slices. Salt them well and leave them to sit to release their juice, then drain them. Smear the oven dish with oil. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and flour.
