How to make
Divide the feta cheese up into 2 large pieces. In a deep bowl, break the egg, stir it well, add the flour and black pepper. Stir again to obtain a smooth mixture.
Put oil to heat up in a pan. Take 1 piece of feta with your hands, dip it on both sides in the crumbing and put it in the oil. Once ready on one side, flip it over.
Repeat with the other piece of feta. Take them out onto a napkin or paper towel.
