How to make
Peel the kiwis and cut them coarsely. Make sure to pick out ripe, sweet fruits, but not ones that are overripe or too hard.
Put them with the sugar and 1 cup water on the stove. Stir and add the cloves and cinnamon.
You can leave them out if you don't like their flavors. Leave the jam to boil until nearly all of the liquid evaporates.
Immediately, distribute it into warmed jars. Close them and flip upside down. Leave them that way until fully cooled. You can also sterilize for 15 min.
