How to make
Knead the mince with 1 egg and the spices for mince. Peel the potatoes, cut them in 2, each half in 2 again but without going all the way through (leave them connected).
Put about 1 tbsp of mince in each of the potato pairs.
Beat the rest of the eggs for the breading. Roll each potato piece in flour, then dip in egg and fry in heated oil until ready.
Keep turning them over until they gain a golden color. Serve with suitable vegetables.
