How to make
Sift the flour and salt. Activate the yeast with a little cool water, sugar and flour. Beat the eggs with the rest of the water and remaining ingredients. Knead a medium-hard dough - when you press on it with your finger it needs to pop back up.
Leave it to rise in a warm area, then divide it into 8 equal-sized balls and 4 smaller ones. Use a scale to make sure they're all the same. Roll out the 8 of them into oblong sheets, gather them up in 4's, on top of one another, smearing them with oil, without the top ones.
This way you get 2 sets of 4 sheets. Cut each set into 8 triangles. Arrange the triangles in a large oven dish along its edges, put the other set of 8 in between them. From the 4 smaller ones, roll out 4 round sheets and repeat this process but arrange them in the middle so they're close to each other.
Leave the pita to rise and make the dough for the decoration, by coloring one part with pink dye, another with green, leave the white one as is, to use for small flowers.
Make the pale pink roses by laying out a sheet and cutting out oval forms, then putting a bunch of them together to shape the rose. Arrange them on top of the pita and smear it with the yolk beaten with a little water and oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven.
