Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet
  • eggs - 3
  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • yoghurt - 4 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • topping

  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt. Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl, add the eggs, yoghurt and stir. Put 2 phyllo pastry sheets in an oiled oven dish. Melt the butter and smear them with it.

Sprinkle on filling, place another 2 phyllo pastry sheets, then butter and filling again. Repeat until out of ingredients. Cut the burek into small squares.

Beat the eggs with the milk and pour this over the burek. Sprinkle with seeds and bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven about 40 min.
