How to make
Beat the egg with a whisk or mixer and add the water, oil, vinegar and salt to it.
Sift the flour and add it to the mixture while stirring.
Knead a medium-stiff dough, divide it into 10 balls.
Roll out each one into a rectangular sheet, arrange the sheets atop one another after smearing them with oil.
Leave them for 1 hour, then roll it out again (as 1 whole sheet).
Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, roll it up into a thin roll and cut it into pieces.
Pinch the ends closed of each of these pieces well, so the feta doesn't leak out and press lightly with a rolling pin.
Fry the gozleme in a lot of oil until golden.
