How to make
Peel the pears, clean them of their seeds and cut them into small pieces.
Put the butter and pieces of pears in a pot with a nonstick bottom to saute lightly. Then transfer them to an oven dish.
For the caramel sauce - caramelize the sugar and add it to the liquid cream.
Stir on the stove until the caramel dissolves in the cream. Pour the prepared caramel sauce evenly over the pears.
For the crumbs - melt the butter in a microwave, add the sugar, wheat flour and almond flour and mash with a fork until you get crumbs.
Then pour them into the oven dish over the pears and caramel sauce. Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 min. to a nice crisp.
