How to make
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the layer. Bake the mixture in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. Cut the resulting layer in half and make 2 layers from one of the halves.
In a deep container, beat the confectionery cream, mascarpone, vanilla and sugar.
In a suitable container, place one of the layers, pour the sugar syrup over it (sweetened water or compote juice).
Smear with the cream and place the other layer. Prepare the glaze by beating the egg whites with the sugar into snow. Smear the cake with it.
You can decorate with colored sprinkles or whatever you have on hand.
