How to make
Put the yoghurt in a bowl and add the baking soda. Stir and once the mixture becomes effervescent, add the rest of the ingredients.
Knead a nonstick dough.
Divide the dough into 6 parts and form the flatbread on top of a floured counter.
Place them in an oven dish, covered with baking paper, smear them with melted butter and sprinkle with grated cheese and savory.
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven about 15 min.
