How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, pumpkin and remaining ingredients. Stir to obtain a thick cake dough.
Put paper cups in the muffin tray. Fill each muffin cup about halfway up with dough. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool.
Beat the confectionery cream until thickened using a mixer. Use a pastry bag to sprinkle it along the top of each muffin, put pumpkin puree in the middle.
To make the pumpkin puree, boil a pumpkin and mash it using a hand blender.
Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
