  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • yoghurt - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • baking powder

How to make

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) sugar. To them add the softened butter and yoghurt.

Stir well and pour the mixture into the sifted flour with the baking powder. Knead a soft dough. Set aside 1/3 of the dough in the freezer for 1 hour.

Lay out the rest of it along the bottom and walls of an oven dish. Peel and grate the apples. Distribute them on top of the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar into fluffy snow. Cover the apples with it and grate the dough from the freezer on top. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) about 30-35 min.
