How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Pour in the oil, flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into an oiled and floured cake form. Bake for about 45 min.
Add the diced apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for another 5-10 min. in a preheated oven!
