  • mascarpone - 1
  • powdered sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • vanilla - 3 - 4
  • biscuits - 3 small packets, plain
  • dark chocolate - 1
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and separately, the egg whites to snow.

Use a wooden spoon to beat the mascarpone, add the yolks beaten with the sugar, then the beaten to snow whites. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Dip the biscuits in the milk and arrange them in a rectangular oven dish. Then smear them with the mixture, arrange another row of biscuits and so on until you run out of mixture and biscuits.

Sprinkle with ground biscuits on top and pour on melted chocolate. For an even fancier decoration you can also add colored sugar sprinkles.

Leave it in the fridge for several hours.
