Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • blackberries - 1 cup
  • mangoes - 1
  • white chocolate - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Beat the eggs and sugar and to them add the sifted flour, vanilla and baking powder. Pour in the oil as well.

Beat this entire mixture well with a mixer in order to get a cake batter. Transfer it to a suitable baking form that you've buttered and floured beforehand.

Distribute pieces of mango, chocolate and blackberries on top. Put it in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven to bake for about 40 min.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
