How to make
Cut the bananas into round slices, crumble the chocolate into its separate blocks.
Make cuts on both sides of the puff pastry but leave it whole in the middle.
Arrange the bananas and chocolate in the middle. Cover the filling with the cut outs from the puff pastry and smear them with the beaten egg yolk.
Bake the dessert in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until golden.
