How to make
Cut the herring and crab rolls into small pieces. Put them in a bowl with the olive oil they had been marinating in.
Crumble the blue cheese into the bowl. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves, parsley and dill. Stir well so that they mix thoroughly.
Stuff the calamari with this mixture and close them well with toothpicks.
Smear them with olive oil and cook them on all sides on a highly heated grill until ready. Serve with a lemon and salad of your choice.
