How to make

In a large bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Add the breadcrumbs or dried bread crumbs, chopped onions, salt and black pepper.

Add the mince and knead the mixture well. From the kneaded mince, make balls about the size of a walnut.

Arrange the meatballs in an oven dish laid out with baking paper and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 12-15 min. or until they brown slightly.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a pan and saute the garlic until softened. Add the ketchup, honey and soy sauce. Lower the temperature and cook 2-3 min.

Add the meatballs to the sauce and stir carefully so they get covered in the glaze. Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 min.
