How to make
This potato dish is exceptionally easy to make and unbelievably delicious.
Peel the potatoes and cut them along the middle but not all the way through. Make several cross cuts as well.
In each middle cut, place a slice of butter, about 2 tsp (10 g), salt them, sprinkle on a pinch of black pepper and pour on a teaspoon of olive oil.
Cut out large squares of foil in which you will be wrapping the potatoes in.
Put 1 potato in the middle of each sheet of foil and wrap them well so that the foil sticks to them. Arrange them in an oven dish and bake at 430°F (220 °C) for about an hour.
The result is very well baked butter potatoes that'll become your favorite as soon as you try them.
