How to make
Beat the eggs with 1 tbsp sugar, add the melted butter, stir, throw in the pinch of salt and baking powder.
Heat the milk and water, add them to the eggs, stir.
Sift the flour, about 3 cups, pour it in gradually, while stirring nonstop.
It might absorb less flour, the mixture needs to be runnier than porridge, so add the flour a little bit at a time.
Leave the mixture to rest for a few min.
Heat a pan on the stove and fry the pancakes on both sides.
There's no need to grease the pan because the pancake batter already has butter and it won't allow them to stick.
Smear the ready pancakes with butter and jam of your choice.
