How to make
Boil the spaghetti according to package directions. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, add the cream and grate half the parmesan on top.
Chop the onions, garlic and bacon finely.
Put olive oil in a pan and braise the bacon and onions until golden, add the garlic and fry briefly, being careful not to burn it.
Strain the spaghetti and put them in the pan with the other ingredients, lower the stove's temperature, pour in the egg-cream mixture and stir.
Cook for a few min. until the liquid gets absorbed.
Take the pan off the stove and grate the remaining parmesan on top.
Upon serving, sprinkle each serving with a little black pepper.
