  • olives - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • capers - 2 tbsp
  • parsley - 3 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • sardines - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) of sardine pâté
  • orzo - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Make a homogeneous sauce from all of the ingredients, excluding the orzo, by mixing them together well.

Boil the orzo in salted water and add the olive sauce to them.

If needed, dilute it with a little water.

Upon serving, you can place several whole olives on top.
