Ingredients

  • chicken - 1/2 of 1
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • soya sauce
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • water

How to make

Put the chicken in the middle of a tray, add the soya sauce over it and then sprinkle with spices all over. Leave it for a while to absorb the flavor of the spices.

In the meantime, heat the oven to 430°F (220 °C) (upper and lower elements) to warm up. Cut the potatoes, which have been washed and peeled ahead of time, into cubes and put them around the chicken. Put 1 tablespoon of both types of pepper on them, pour warm (or cool) water to the top of the tray and place it in the oven.

Periodically check to see if the potatoes are ready. When they are, take the dish out of the oven, sprinkle it with salt and mix it slightly to spread the salt everywhere and bake once again. Once the water evaporates, the dish is ready! :) Enjoy!

Note: The main rule with potatoes is: do not pre-salt or add tomatoes before putting them in the oven because the food will cook a lot slower! ! ! Plus it does not guarantee that the taste will be any better.
