How to make
Prepare the cream first by whipping the sweet cream with the powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until it becomes like snow.
Set some aside for decoration in a bowl, mix the rest with the liquid chocolate. Stir to make a smooth cream.
Put a ready made cake layer in a tray, gently syrup it with a brush so it doesn't become a sludge, smear it with cream and arrange round banana slices on top.
Cover with the second cake layer, cream, banana, and the third layer. Complete by smearing it with cream.
Pour the rest of the cream into a pastry bag and squeeze out rosettes. Sprinkle with chocolate and sugar sprinkles.
Leave it overnight in the refrigerator, it is ready to serve the next day.
