Mix all the products for the dough and get it ready. Let it rest 30-40 minutes.
Sauté the minced meat and add the finely chopped leeks. Once it becomes tender, sprinkle it with the spices. Divide the dough into two pieces and roll them out into a thin sheet. Sprinkle each sheet with stuffing and grated cheese, wrap up into a roll.
Cut the 2 rolls into slices and arrange them in a buttered oven dish. Cover them with beaten egg yolk mixed with milk and bake until ready in a moderate oven.
