How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar, mix the yoghurt with the baking soda and add them to the egg mixture. Then add the oil and baking powder. Divide the mixture in two.
In one part, put the cocoa. Put 1 2/3 cups (400 g) flour in the other mixture and knead well. Then add the remaining flour to the lighter mixture. Let the brown and white dough rest for about 15 minutes. Take the light dough and roll it out into a thin sheet.
Cut it into strips, take one cone form and then grease it. Wrap each strip around the form. Arrange the cones on a tray and bake in a moderately heated oven for about 20 minutes - do not over bake. Do the same with the brown dough. The finished cones are filled with cream, while still warm.
To prepare the cream: put the milk, sugar and butter to boil. In a thin trickle, pour in the diluted flour with the egg yolk and a little milk, then finally- the vanilla.
Take it off the stove and fill the cones. Prepare the chocolate pudding as instructed on the package.
