Sprinkle the semi-thawed fish fillet with black pepper and salt. Leave for 1-2 hours.
Meanwhile, make a thick mash from the tomato paste, oil and water. Dip the fillet in the mash and bake in a pre-cleaned, greased and heated grill.
Garnish with a slice of lemon, bean salad or boiled potatoes. Serve warm.
