Ingredients

  • mutton mince - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • parsley - 1 bunch, finely chopped
  • cumin - to taste
  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)

How to make

Grate the onion and chop the parsley.

Put the minced meat, chopped vegetables, eggs and spices in a bowl. Knead very well.

Shape meatballs, roll them in flour and fry in heated oil.
